In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Fountain, Colorado, the life of 20-year-old Cordell Rosenberg was tragically cut short. On April 21, 2019, Rosenberg was found shot to death in the 6400 block of Highway 85, in a shopping center near an Applebee's and an IHOP restaurant. The incident marked the first homicide of the year for the city of Fountain.
