On the night of July 3, 2025, Rylee James Ferari, a 24-year-old White/Caucasian male, was found deceased in a vehicle pulled over on the side of Highway 85/87 near Main Street in an unincorporated area of El Paso County, close to Fountain, Colorado. Deputies from the El Paso County Sheriff's Office discovered his body after responding to a 911 call that came in around 10:45 p.m. reporting a robbery in the vicinity.
