In the early morning hours of a late September day in 2019, the life of 43-year-old Michelle Jacobson, a female real estate broker, came to a tragic end in her Denver, Colorado home. Responding to a 911 call, police discovered her in a bedroom with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The initial investigation pointed towards a domestic violence incident, and her 43-year-old fiancé, Micah Kimball, was arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with first-degree murder.
