In the small town of Fraser, Colorado, the community was shaken by the tragic death of 32-year-old Kristin M. Reilly, a white female, on November 27, 2020. The devastating event unfolded inside a Fraser apartment on South Zerex Street, where she and her husband, 38-year-old Lucais W. Reilly, resided.
