In the winter of 2021, a heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded in a quiet Denver, Colorado home, claiming the life of one-month-old Atlas Roe Grooms. On January 13th, the infant girl and her mother, 34-year-old Suni Grooms, were found deceased inside their residence in the Platt Park neighborhood. The grim discovery was made after concerned neighbors notified police that the home's lights had been left on and the garbage cans remained at the curb.
