ensuing chaos claimed the lives of six individuals, including Joana Cruz. Among the other victims were Melvin Perez, Mayra Ibarra de Perez, Sandra Ibarra-Perez, Jose Gutierrez, and Jose Ibarra, all part of two interconnected families.
