In the late evening hours of a Sunday in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the life of Markel Williams, a 28-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On June 4, 2023, at approximately 10:54 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night in the vicinity of Throop Avenue and Delavan Street.
