In the quiet neighborhood of east Aurora, Colorado, the life of 41-year-old Andrew 'Andy' Billinger was tragically cut short. On the evening of October 23, 2023, just before 10 p.m., Aurora police officers were dispatched to the 15700 block of East Caspian Place following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a residence. That man was identified as Andrew Billinger.
