In the late hours of a Friday night in Colorado Springs, the life of 20-year-old Jeremiah I. Brown was tragically cut short. On March 25, 2022, in the parking lot of the Citadel Mall, a gathering of people turned into a scene of violence. An altercation broke out between two individuals, leading to gunfire that would leave four people shot.
