In the early morning hours of a summer Saturday in Denver, a dispute escalated into deadly violence, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Just after 1 a.m. on June 11, 2022, at the intersection of 21st and Market Street, 23-year-old Jason Morales was shot. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Another adult male was also shot and injured during the incident, though his condition was not publicly released.
