On June 23, 2022, Daniel Diaz-Rojas, a 23-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado, was fatally shot while riding in a vehicle. The incident occurred on Federal Boulevard near West 5th Avenue in Denver. According to the Denver Police Department, the shooting involved suspects who were driving a vehicle described as an older silver or light blue minivan, possibly a Dodge model, traveling northbound on Federal Boulevard.
