In the autumn of 2022, a life was tragically cut short in Aurora, Colorado. Najah Jayleen Shumock, a 39-year-old woman, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Sunday, October 23, 2022. The incident occurred at a townhouse in the Mission Viejo neighborhood, on South Mobile Circle. Emergency services were called to the residence around 2 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
