In the quiet town of Hobbs, New Mexico, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of October 28, 2014. Gary Nash, a 20-year-old African American male, was standing in the driveway of a residence on East Bel Aire Court when he was struck by multiple gunshots. The young man, who was just two days shy of his 21st birthday, was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
