In the quiet city of Hobbs, New Mexico, a young life was tragically cut short in the early morning hours of Saturday, November 15, 2014. Jose Uel Calvillo-salcido, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, was known by his friends and coworkers for his kind and helpful nature.
