On August 8, 2016, a tragic and violent incident occurred in Albuquerque, New Mexico, resulting in the deaths of 23-year-old Juan Carlos Saenz-Ponce and 24-year-old Daniel Chumacero, as well as the injuries of Jorge Hernandez and Jose Hernandez.

The events of that evening began when Daniel Chumacero arrived at a house where Juan Carlos Saenz-Ponce, Jorge Hernandez, and Jose Hernandez were gathered, drinking and using drugs. Daniel stayed for a short period, drank a beer, and then left. Ho ...
