On November 14, 2022, 32-year-old Armando Torres Marquez was found with a gunshot wound to the head near the intersection of Camino Capitan and Galisteo Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Initially, authorities responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle; however, medical personnel later determined that Marquez had been shot. He was transported to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
