In the early morning hours of Sunday, April 30, 2023, the life of 21-year-old Ramon Vigil was tragically cut short in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The young man, a Hispanic male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound in the parking lot of a Lowe's home improvement store located on Zafarano Drive.
