On June 28, 1978, a gruesome and unsolved massacre occurred at the Blackfriars Pub in Downtown Boston, Massachusetts, resulting in the deaths of five individuals, including John A. Kelly, a 34-year-old former investigative news anchorman for Channel 7 (now WHDH-TV) in Boston.
