On a summer evening in Lawrence, Massachusetts, the life of a young Black man, Timothy M. Walker, was tragically cut short. On July 24, 2010, the 20-year-old was enjoying time with his cousin and a friend on the porch of his grandmother's home in the Tower Hill neighborhood.
