In the early morning hours of November 18, 2012, the life of 35-year-old Marvin P. Pardo, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Brockton police responded to the Madrid Square condominium complex on Oak Street around 3:33 a.m. to find Pardo in the vestibule of the building where he lived on the first floor. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his head and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
