In the early hours of January 5, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in Fall River, Massachusetts, ending the life of 26-year-old David Rodriguez. Rodriguez was fatally shot just before 1 a.m. outside the Ship's Cove Apartments located on Canal Street. Following the shooting, he was transported to St. Anne's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident marked the first homicide in the city in 15 months.
