On February 9, 2024, at approximately 7:40 PM, Fall River Police responded to a reported shooting near the intersection of Nashua and Blackstone Streets, located behind a Stop & Shop in Fall River, Massachusetts. The victim, 34-year-old Joshua Medeiros, was found critically wounded with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the trauma unit at Saint Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford.
