On a cold evening in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 2, 2022, the life of 16-year-old Jucelena Gomes "Jocy" Ramos was tragically cut short. A Hispanic/Latino female, Jucelena was in the Codman Square area of Dorchester when violence erupted at the intersection of Lyndhurst Street and Washington Street.
