In the late hours of a Tuesday in Boston, the life of 27-year-old Junior Pimentel De La Cruz was cut short by gunfire. The shooting occurred shortly before 11 p.m. on April 12, 2022, on Walnut Park in the neighborhood of Roxbury. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Pimentel De La Cruz, a resident of Dorchester, was pronounced dead at the scene.
