The African-American teenager was with a 15-year-old friend in a housing development near O'Connor Way and O'Callaghan Way at around 11:30 p.m. on November 27th when shots rang out. Both young men were struck by gunfire.
Police and emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the two teenagers suffering from gunshot wounds.
