On a cold November night in 2017, the life of 16-year-old Angel Daniel Suazo was tragically cut short in a double shooting in South Boston. The African-American teenager was with a 15-year-old friend in a housing development near O'Connor Way and O'Callaghan Way at around 11:30 p.m. on November 27th when shots rang out.
