In the early morning hours of July 18, 2022, the life of 33-year-old Hispanic male, Richard Roman-Santiago, was tragically cut short in Holyoke, Massachusetts. At approximately 2:11 a.m., Holyoke Police received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the area of the 30-40 block of North Summer Street.
