A 55-year-old Hispanic female, Rosa A. Santiago, died on December 25, 2022, in Lowell, Massachusetts. Responding to a call at approximately 1:38 p.m., Lowell Police discovered Rosa and her 60-year-old husband, Jose Santiago, deceased in their Beacon Street residence from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
