Douglas Spaur, 53, male, was shot and killed in Central Point, Oregon, on November 2, 2015, after a confrontation outside the Stop N Go convenience store on Table Rock Road. He was struck at close range and died in his truck in the market’s parking lot.

Officers quickly identified a suspect, 29-year-old Robert Kahlil Davies-Calhoun of Central Point, who was found on foot on nearby Gibbon Road and taken into custody that day on outstanding warrants. Investigators said Spaur and Davies-C ...
