In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Salem, Oregon, a dispute in a strip mall parking lot escalated into deadly violence, claiming the life of 26-year-old Hispanic male Hector Martinez-Arroyo on June 18, 2017. The confrontation also resulted in the death of 50-year-old Carlos Zepeda-Ponce.
