On a Saturday afternoon, the 9th of June in 2018, events took a tragic turn on Black Rock Road near the small community of Falls City, Oregon. It was there that 52-year-old Earl Jambura III, a male resident of the area, lost his life. Polk County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the scene around 2 p.m. following a report that a person had been shot and killed. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Jambura's body.
