Jasmine Moon, a 28-year-old Caucasian female, was killed on April 11, 2020, in a violent incident that also claimed the life of 55-year-old Michael Ray Lambert. The tragedy unfolded at Lambert's residence in an unincorporated area north of Bandon, Oregon. Early that morning, around 6:36 AM, a distressing 911 call was made by Lambert, who had managed to escape to a neighbor's house despite being shot and stabbed. He reported the attack at his home on Weis Estates Lane.
