Death by Force

In the early morning hours of August 12, 2020, the life of 24-year-old James Richard Greenwood was tragically cut short in the Parkrose neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Officers from the Portland Police Bureau were dispatched to the 11500 block of NE Sandy Boulevard at 5:48 a.m. after reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals with apparent gunshot wounds. One of them, a male, was deceased at the scene.
