In the quiet neighborhood of Creston-Kenilworth in Portland, Oregon, the evening of June 6, 2021, was shattered by violence. Dennis Har, a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male, was at a residence in the 4000 block of Southeast Boise Street when gunfire erupted.
