In the quiet town of Ontario, Oregon, the evening of October 24, 2021, was shattered by the sound of multiple gunshots, leaving two men dead and a community in shock. One of the victims was Martin Esteban Navarro, a 38-year-old Hispanic male. The tragic event unfolded at the Rosewood Apartments, located at 625 Alameda Drive.
