On a quiet Sunday evening in the small community of Chiloquin, Oregon, a burst of violence shattered the peace and claimed the lives of a father and his teenage daughter. Tianna Reynolds, an 18-year-old Black female, was fatally shot on November 14, 2021, in a tragedy that also took the life of her 35-year-old father, Bryan Reynolds.
