On the night of January 17, 2022, a 31-year-old Hispanic male named Rivero Miguel Francisco was fatally shot in Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of Northeast Ivy Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the Eliot neighborhood.
