On November 13, 2014, 31-year-old Jamaal Antonio Calhoun was fatally shot in the Harlem Heights area of Oak Hill, West Virginia. Born on May 11, 1983, to Angela Marie Calhoun, Jamaal spent his early years in Summerlee, West Virginia, before relocating to Columbus, Ohio, at age 13. He attended South High School, where he was a standout football player, and had a passion for riding motorcycles and four-wheelers.
