Death by Force

In the winter of 2016, the life of a young Black/African American man, Jalen Wilfong, was tragically cut short at the age of 22. On the evening of December 26th, in his hometown of Princeton, West Virginia, Jalen was fatally shot. The incident occurred at the intersection of Union and Lilly Grove. In the immediate aftermath, a friend rushed him to the hospital, but his injuries proved to be too severe, and he passed away at the Charleston Area Medical Center.
