Abigail Ruth Hess, a 39-year-old resident of Flemington, West Virginia, passed away on December 31, 2017. She was born on June 4, 1978, in Bluffton, Ohio, and had a profound impact on the lives of those around her. Abigail was a devoted mother to her daughter, Annabelle Grace Hess, and also had two step-children, Aleina Coddington and Jacob Hess, as well as three step-grandchildren.
