Destiny Cheyenne 'Des' Foster, a 25-year-old resident of Burlington, West Virginia, tragically lost her life on November 18, 2019, due to a violent crime. She passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia, after being a victim of gun violence.
