Ernest Dee Thornsberry Jr., a 47-year-old resident of New Castle, Indiana, died unexpectedly on the evening of May 2, 2023, at Henry Community Health. The circumstances of his death were tragic and involved a random act of violence. Thornsberry was found lying in the roadway near the intersection of South 21st Street and A Avenue in New Castle.
