On December 27, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Dunbar, West Virginia, where the body of Daniel Christopher Arthur, a 29-year-old resident, was discovered under alarming circumstances. The body was found by a passerby at approximately 4:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Dunbar Avenue, near the TLC Lube and Car Wash.
