Bausley Gwinn-Bowles, a 20-year-old Black/African American male, was found fatally wounded just after dawn on Sunday, September 7, 2025, inside a home on the 400 block of 16th Street in Dunbar, West Virginia. Deputies responding around 5 a.m. discovered him deceased from a gunshot wound, and identified him as a resident of Dunbar.
