Zachary Alan Shrout, a 35-year-old resident of Terra Alta, West Virginia, lost his life to gun violence on May 1, 2022. Born on November 15, 1986, in Kingwood, West Virginia, Zachary was the son of Ernest L. Blosser of Bretz, WV, and Cindy Elizabeth Shrout of Bruceton Mills, WV, with Joseph McDonald of Maryland as his stepfather.
