In the days leading up to Christmas of 2016, 51-year-old Donald Preston was last seen by his family in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on December 22nd. He had not been reported missing, but an unsettling silence would soon be broken by a grim discovery. On December 26th, the day after Christmas, Preston's body was found in a field in the town of Moorland, just southwest of Fort Dodge.
