In the small town of Algona, Iowa, a heart-wrenching event unfolded on July 5, 2021, ending the life of 3-year-old Seth Phelon, a Caucasian male. On that Monday evening, at 7:51 p.m., the Algona Police Department received a 911 call that led them to a home at 418 South Harlan Street. Inside, a tragic scene awaited the first responders. They discovered the bodies of Seth, his 6-year-old brother Logan, and their 32-year-old father, Christopher Phelon.
