On a summer evening in Davenport, Iowa, the life of 43-year-old Kiyon Jackson was tragically cut short. On July 9, 2021, police responded to a call about a disturbance in the 1400 block of College Avenue. Upon their arrival at approximately 8:30 p.m., they discovered Jackson, a resident of Davenport, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
