On February 24, 1994, a tragic event unfolded at the Granada Apartments in Salt Lake City, Utah, leading to the death of 38-year-old male, Michael Scott Welcker. A Deputy Sheriff with the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office, Welcker was attempting to serve a warrant for aggravated assault.
