William "Drew" Bull, a 29-year-old man from Blanding, Utah, and his friend Christopher "Topher" Owens, 28, were last seen on February 26, 2024. They were reported missing after they failed to return from what was described as an unknown job location. The two men were last spotted in a black 1997 Dodge Ram in the late morning or early afternoon in Blanding.
