Christopher "Topher" Owens, 28, and his friend William "Drew" Bull, 29, were last seen on February 26, 2024, in Blanding, Utah. The two men had been living in a house with their landlord and roommate, Charles Youngkuom Yoo. On February 25, Owens and Bull were seen at a Maverik in Blanding after returning from Moab, and their phones remained in the area of Yoo’s house until they were turned off on February 27.
